Never been to therapy? — Go to therapy.

Never been to therapy and don’t think it would help you? — Go to therapy. (It is way more likely you are resigned to the way things are than you have a life fully from the human condition.)

Been to therapy and it didn’t do much? — You were with the wrong therapist. Call ten more, choose one, and go to therapy.

In therapy?

Go for a year.

During/after each session write one page of notes/drawings of what you saw/felt.

Look back at it at the end of the year.

See if it would be worth it to have saved the money and go back to how you saw the world/your life on week 1.

Repeat.
